The Department of Education’s New Title IX Regulations: A Closer Look

The controversial new changes, which drew over 100,000 comments and are already the subject of two federal lawsuits, recalibrate institutional obligations and student rights against a shifting legal landscape. Join our expert panel as we take a closer look at what the new regulations require of institutions, how they might impact both reporting victims and students accused of sexual misconduct, how they intersect with recent appellate rulings, and more.
