Scott N. Friedman

Scott Friedman is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Scott was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and attended The Columbus Academy. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, where he was honored with the Order of the Curia. Scott served as chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section in 2013-2014 and is currently a Section Delegate to the House of Delegates in the American Bar Association. For over twenty years, Scott has handled family law matters. His practice includes handling complex financial matters, child custody, dissolutions, post decree support, custody modifications, and pre-marital agreements. Scott has extensive family law trial experience, and while it is his goal to resolve matters out of court, he is extremely comfortable taking a case to trial, if necessary.
Andrea L. Kushner

Andrea Kushner is a Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Strategies at Bernstein. She works with clients and their professional advisors to develop comprehensive wealth management and wealth transfer strategies. Before joining the firm, Andi was a shareholder at Weinstock Manion, ALC, and a partner at Karlin & Peebles LLP, advising high-net-worth clients on estate, tax and charitable planning. She is a member of the State Bar of California, by which she has been certified as a specialist in both taxation law and estate planning, trust and probate law. She currently serves on the executive committee (trusts and estates section) of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and is a member of both the taxation and trusts and estates sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She has also served on the executive committee (taxation section) of the State Bar of California and was a former chair of the taxation section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
