During this timely event, our panelists from the non-profit sector, fishing industry, and federal government will discuss the background of these issues, the ongoing MMPA rulemaking process, current litigation, possible approaches to manage the competing interests involved, and how these issues impact the broader approaches to protecting endangered species while permitting industries to continue to engage in commerce.
